What types of DNA testing does Co Wellbeing Clinic offer?
We offer immigration DNA testing (Home Office/UKVI approved), legal paternity testing that is court admissible, peace of mind/home DNA testing for personal information only, relationship DNA testing, maternity DNA testing, and immigration family group packages.
Is a DNA test from Co Wellbeing Clinic legally admissible?
It depends on the test. Legal paternity and immigration DNA tests follow the identification and chain-of-custody requirements needed for court or Home Office/UKVI purposes. Peace of mind/home DNA tests are for personal information only and are not suitable for legal proceedings.
Do you offer mobile DNA sample collection?
Yes, mobile DNA collection is available for an additional fee, so samples can be collected at a location that suits you.
How long does a DNA test take to process?
Turnaround times depend on the laboratory and test type and cannot be guaranteed, as they can be affected by courier and laboratory processing. Message us for the current expected turnaround for your specific test.
Blood Testing
What blood tests are available at Co Wellbeing Clinic?
We offer private blood sample collection (phlebotomy) for a wide range of tests, working with laboratories and testing partners including Genova Diagnostics, Vibrant Wellness, AONM, The Key Clinic and Tuli Health.
Who processes my blood test?
We collect and prepare your sample, which is then sent to the relevant laboratory or testing partner for analysis. Some blood testing services are provided in partnership with CQC-registered providers Bloods & Beyond Ltd and Goodbody Wellness Ltd, who are responsible for the clinical governance of those tests.
Will I get my results directly?
For blood tests provided in partnership with Goodbody Wellness Ltd, results are sent directly to you by Goodbody Wellness Ltd. Co Wellbeing Clinic does not access or interpret these results.
Can children have a blood test at Co Wellbeing Clinic?
Yes, paediatric blood collection is available with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must be present to authorise the appointment. A child’s comfort and safety always come first.
IV Vitamin Therapy & Vitamin Injections
What is IV vitamin therapy?
IV vitamin therapy delivers vitamins and nutrients directly into the bloodstream to support general wellbeing. It is offered to support wellbeing and is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure a medical condition.
Do I need a prescription for vitamin injections or IV therapy?
Some injectable treatments require a patient-specific prescription from an authorised prescriber before treatment can proceed. This will be confirmed as part of your consultation.
Do you offer NAD+ therapy?
Yes, NAD+ is one of the injectable and IV treatments available at Co Wellbeing Clinic, subject to consultation and assessment of suitability like our other vitamin therapies.
PRP Therapy
What is PRP therapy used for?
PRP (platelet-rich plasma) therapy at Co Wellbeing Clinic is provided for cosmetic and aesthetic purposes, including skin rejuvenation and improving the appearance of the skin. It is not intended to diagnose or treat a medical condition.
Is PRP therapy suitable for everyone?
PRP treatment is subject to a consultation and assessment of suitability, and informed consent is required before treatment. Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed.
Booking & Appointments
How do I book an appointment?
You can book by messaging us on WhatsApp or by sending an enquiry through the contact form on our website.
Do you offer mobile or home visit appointments?
Yes. Alongside in-clinic appointments, mobile services are available so we can come to you.
What are your opening hours?
We’re open in-clinic Monday and Tuesday, 9am to 7pm. Wednesday to Saturday we offer mobile services only. We’re closed on Sundays.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less notice, and non-attendance, may be charged in full.
