These Terms & Conditions for Co Wellbeing Clinic apply to appointments and services provided by Co Wellbeing Clinic, including blood sample collection, paediatric blood collection, IV therapy, vitamin and wellness injectables, NAD+, PRP therapy and DNA sample collection.
1. Appointments, Consultations & Payment
All treatments and procedures are subject to an appropriate consultation and/or clinical assessment. Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their medical history, medications, supplements, allergies and any other information relevant to treatment.
Where a treatment requires a patient-specific prescription, this must be obtained from an appropriately qualified prescriber before treatment can proceed.
Payment may be required in advance to secure an appointment. Prices quoted are based on the service requirements known at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation & Non-Attendance
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice and non-attendance may be charged in full.
Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened or, where there is insufficient time to carry out the procedure safely, may need to reschedule. The appointment fee may still be payable.
3. Clinical Suitability & Right to Decline Treatment
Booking an appointment does not guarantee that a treatment or procedure will be provided.
Co Wellbeing Clinic reserves the right to decline, postpone, modify or stop any treatment or procedure where it is considered clinically inappropriate or unsafe, where valid consent cannot be obtained, where required information or prescriptions are unavailable, or where the treatment falls outside the practitioner’s professional scope.
4. Blood Tests & Blood Collection
Successful venepuncture and collection of a suitable blood sample cannot be guaranteed.
Where a blood draw is attempted but a suitable sample cannot be obtained, the appointment/phlebotomy fee remains payable. Laboratory, processing, centrifugation, postage or courier charges that have not been incurred will be considered separately where applicable.
Clients supplying their own laboratory test kits are responsible for bringing the correct, complete and in-date kit together with all required paperwork and instructions.
Where more than one test kit is presented, or additional samples require additional blood collection, centrifugation, freezing, processing, packaging, administration or preparation for shipping, an additional charge may apply. This will be confirmed once the requirements of the additional kit have been reviewed.
5. Paediatric Blood Collection
A parent or legal guardian must provide appropriate consent for paediatric blood collection.
The child’s safety and wellbeing will always take priority. Co Wellbeing Clinic will not forcibly restrain a child to obtain a blood sample.
If a child is unable or unwilling to cooperate sufficiently for the procedure to be carried out safely, the procedure may be stopped or not attempted. The appointment fee remains payable for the professional time and appointment provided, even where blood collection cannot be completed.
6. Vitamin Injectables & NAD+
All injectable treatments are subject to consultation, assessment of suitability and informed consent.
Depending on the treatment and individual circumstances, blood testing or additional clinical information may be required before treatment.
Before a Vitamin D injection, clients may be asked to provide a recent Vitamin D blood test or undertake a blood test to establish their Vitamin D level and determine whether treatment is appropriate.
Where an injectable requires a patient-specific prescription, a valid prescription must be in place before treatment can be administered.
IM Injectables at Co Wellbeing Clinic are offered to support general wellbeing and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure a medical condition.
7. IV Therapy
All IV treatments are subject to consultation, clinical assessment and informed consent.
Relevant blood tests, medical information or medical clearance may be requested where clinically appropriate. Where a patient-specific prescription is required, this must be obtained before treatment.
Treatment may be postponed, modified, declined or discontinued where it is considered unsafe or clinically inappropriate to proceed.
Where required, IV therapies will only be administered following an appropriate consultation and once a valid patient-specific prescription has been issued by an authorised prescriber. Treatment will only proceed where the practitioner is satisfied that it is appropriate and safe to do so.
IV Vitamin Therapies at Co Wellbeing Clinic are offered to support general wellbeing and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure a medical condition.
8. PRP Therapy
PRP treatment is subject to consultation, assessment of suitability and informed consent.
Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, supplements and previous treatments.
Individual responses to PRP vary and no particular result or number of treatments can be guaranteed.
PRP treatments at Co Wellbeing Clinic are provided for cosmetic and aesthetic purposes, including skin rejuvenation and improvement in the appearance of the skin, and are not intended to diagnose or treat a medical condition.
9. DNA Testing
Clients must provide the identification, consent and documentation required for their chosen DNA test.
Peace-of-mind DNA tests are for personal information and are not suitable for legal proceedings. Legal and immigration DNA testing must follow the relevant laboratory’s identification and chain-of-custody requirements.
Co Wellbeing Clinic provides the sample collection service. Laboratory analysis and reporting are undertaken by the relevant DNA testing provider.
Once samples have been processed or dispatched and associated laboratory costs have been incurred, those fees are normally non-refundable.
10. External Laboratories, Results & Samples
Where samples are sent to an external laboratory or testing provider, laboratory analysis, reporting and turnaround times are subject to that provider’s procedures.
Estimated turnaround times cannot be guaranteed and may be affected by laboratory processing, sample requirements, couriers, transport delays or the need for repeat testing.
Co Wellbeing Clinic will take appropriate care when collecting, processing, storing and preparing samples for dispatch but cannot guarantee circumstances outside its reasonable control once samples have been transferred to an external courier, laboratory or testing provider.
Co Wellbeing Clinic does not diagnose medical conditions or interpret laboratory results unless this is specifically included within the service being provided. Clients should seek appropriate medical advice regarding their results where required.
11. Refunds
Fees for appointments, consultations or services already provided are generally non-refundable.
Where third-party laboratory, processing, courier or other charges have not yet been incurred, any applicable refund will be considered according to the circumstances.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions affects a client’s statutory consumer rights.
12. Privacy & Confidentiality
Personal and health information will be handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable UK data-protection requirements.
Where necessary to provide the requested service, relevant information may be securely shared with laboratories, prescribing services or other healthcare/service providers involved in the client’s care or testing.
13. Behaviour & Safety
Co Wellbeing Clinic reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service in circumstances involving abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour, safety concerns, inability to obtain valid consent or circumstances outside the practitioner’s professional scope.
14. Complaints & Concerns
We aim to provide a professional and high-quality service. If you have any concerns or wish to make a complaint, please contact Co Wellbeing Clinic in the first instance at hello@cowellbeingclinic.co.uk. Complaints relating to regulated blood testing services provided under Bloods And Beyond Ltd may be referred to Bloods And Beyond Ltd and managed in accordance with their complaints and CQC governance procedures.

Blood Sample Collection & Phlebotomy.
Co Wellbeing Clinic provides professional blood sample collection and phlebotomy services for clients undertaking testing with a range of UK and international laboratories and healthcare providers, including Genova Diagnostics, Vibrant Health, AONM, The Key Clinic, Tuli Health and other specialist testing providers.
Where phlebotomy is provided through the Bloods & Beyond phlebotomy network, Kelly Ruddy is an approved member of the network and has fulfilled Bloods & Beyond’s required training, due-diligence and competency requirements. These approved phlebotomy services are provided under the governance and quality-assurance framework of Bloods & Beyond Ltd. Kelly Ruddy.
Bloods & Beyond Ltd is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to carry out the regulated activity of Diagnostic and Screening Procedures. Co Wellbeing Clinic is not independently registered with the CQC. Kelly Ruddy.
Blood samples may be collected, processed and prepared at Co Wellbeing Clinic in accordance with the requirements of the relevant laboratory or testing provider, before being transported to the appropriate laboratory for analysis. The laboratory or testing provider remains responsible for the testing, analysis and reporting of results unless otherwise stated.
Blood Testing Services Provided in Partnership with Goodbody Wellness Ltd.
Blood sample collection (phlebotomy) at Co Wellbeing Clinic is provided on behalf of Goodbody Wellness Ltd.
Goodbody Wellness Ltd is the provider of the blood testing service and is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for the regulated activity of Diagnostic and Screening Procedures.
Co Wellbeing Clinic acts as a partner clinic for Goodbody Wellness Ltd and provides blood sample collection (phlebotomy) on Goodbody Wellness Ltd’s behalf. The blood testing service operates under the clinical governance, policies, procedures, quality assurance systems and regulatory oversight of Goodbody Wellness Ltd.
Goodbody Wellness Ltd is responsible for the clinical management, governance, laboratory arrangements, result reporting, clinical oversight and day-to-day management of the blood testing service. Blood samples collected at Co Wellbeing Clinic are processed by Goodbody Wellness Ltd’s approved laboratory partners, and results are reviewed and managed in accordance with Goodbody Wellness Ltd’s clinical governance framework. At no point will Co Wellbeing Clinic have access to or interpret the results of the blood tests. The test results are sent to patients directly from Goodbody Wellness Ltd.
